Ive asked over and over for a new position a promotion. And i havent asked for much a position should have been created. When there is a disturbance a behavior at 370 im called. Not gina shes called after i handle s.s. i have helped her and help her a little more but i refuse to lose myself and i know shell never be helped under these walls. Im not going to lose my mind over s.s and i will not let gina or anyone else keep me where i dont want to be. Ive helped her get to work. Its degrading my worth and its not appreciated. A promotion how about school reimbursement, how about bonuses, a chance to grow in the company? What about relief for the staff who actually make a difference to the company is there any relief for us? You actually make someone feel just as intellectually smart as the client int this never ending cycle. The employees have nothing to look forward to you have ppl in the company who have been here for years and yet you hire managers on the outside who actually have no experience maybe they have a degree but since they do not contain any knowledge whatsoever and they last for about two months and the three you got well i cant say too much b/c theyre still here. Theres no growth in this company now lets talk about how ive helped and many can contest to this progress now ive been to psych meetings and they told me out off 11 yrs this is the best shes ever been. Now being a client advocate that i am i can see growth is an option. Weinlingers hire inside of the company relatives which is an insult for employees like myself. The only time they worry about structure and organization is in october through december for the state. They pass but if they would know how unfair this agency is not a foundation for mh/mr i would compare this agency to a prison holding cell. I cant blame jim gina & jenise which are the managers and rick for hr when it starts from the top. Dottie i dont know much about but i do know she has no employee appreciation. Ive been here for a year and 5 months and.this job is in the way of life. U have behavioral clients and no support system for staff. The office n the ppl in it dont do any but smoke cigerrettes all day. The janitor has more rights than employees dealing w/consumers. Now they want you to turn the tv off and go insane by looking at the walls. Your job description is not really explained u have to play it by ear. They are unorganized no bonuses are available no incentives no christmas gas cards or nothing. Clients have potentisl of getting theirselves together but weiblingers do not take steps. The good part is its a stable job as long as u show up. Unless you do something to a manager then they find means to play with your hours if it doesnt benefit them. I cant say its all bad the flexibility is good and the pay but if u compare the bad w/the good its a miserable job with not enough for pay.
