Don't be afraid to go into the water!
My mother has always had a fear of the water. We think it stemmed from too many viewings of Jaws. But this is the place for swimming lessons. They specialize in assisting people with water anxieties.

Expensive
We B Divin is a small dive school in North Richland Hills. I went to see about taking some more diving classes and was shocked at their prices. Their pool is also small too. I wasn't impressed with the facilities but I do know they offer swim and CPR instruction as well as lifeguard training and such. The pool is a good size for that but not for a dive school.
