Avoid at all possible costs!

I opened an account because I needed to do a wire transfer. I was told that I can do it on line. Well, the interface does not allow you to make it (to complete an activation process which is required to performed first, that is), the phone number listed at 'contuct us' gives you a run around, another phone number that was listed in Chase package, put me on hold for half an hour, after which I had to hang up.

So I called the branch to ask them to do it manually. It was 9:10 a.m. My personal banker (so I was told) had a day off. Another one, who is supposed to be there at 8:30, called in sick. The manager (after the click) is with another customer. They will call you back at 9:30, but she did not take my phone number! Very poor service. DO NOT USE



In an hour, I called again. Arlene was there, but with the customer, with a promise to call me back in 15 min. Of course, nobody called.
