A firm full of rip off artists!! My long distance move was a disaster. They sent a truck that was half full, and then surprisingly my property did not fit. They swore they would send another truck, but three days later they had still "forgotten". I had to have another company ship half of my property. What they did ship took a week, instead of a day, and $50,000 in property was missing. I called for two weeks trying to find it, and the agent was "out" every day. Finally, I called the ICC and they said, Maffucci, good luck! A lawsuit got me a fraction of the value, even though I had paid for insurance. Bottom line. This firm is a disaster, and anything of value will disappear.
