Great food, Great Environment
We visit Tokyo Fusion several times a year. The thai, sushi and hibachi are all outstanding. The owners work the floor and are especially nice.

I LOVE Tokyo Fusion! They have a great lunch special and I love all of the specialty rolls too! Always so fresh and you cant say they skimp on any of the rolls! LOVE this place and the staff is always smiling and you will get phenomenal service!!!

spectacular sushi chef!
Tokyo Fusion has the best sushi rolls I have ever had. Super plump and filled to the point of having a hard time chewing! Absolutely recommend this place to everyone who enjoys sushi!

Tokyo Fusion is A Hidden Treasure
Really good food and dishes, and good wine selection. Great dining atmosphere, and is tucked away. Definitely worth checking out for any Asian fusion dishes or sushi.

Seriously, this is by far my most favorite restaurant EVER
I dont know what that other person is talking about but i have never had better sushi in my life. I have searched far and wide for the best sushi and this place has it. Although the service can at times be slow when it is busy, it is well worth the wait. I eat at Tokyo Fusion at least twice a week, sometimes three, and it is one of the only restaurants I go to on a regular basis. Try their lobster roll, alaskan king crab roll, gladiator roll or volcano roll. You wont be disappointed!

AWESOME FOOD - GREAT VALUE
I don't know what the bad review was talking about either. I have been going there pretty regularly since I first stumbled upon it about a year ago, and have NEVER had a bad experience. The speed of service - well if you're used to any busy sushi joint, its right on par with them. Its just a side effect of food that's prepared FRESH - not pre-made and sitting out. And yes... it is WELL worth the wait. Some of the best I've ever had in the Philly area. They also have great hibachi and thai food, although I'm a bit of a sushi-addict, so its hard for me to pass theirs up its so good. The waitstaff has always been very friendly, and the owner and his wife are always buzzing around the floor. Great people, awesome food. I recommend this place with no hesitation! Prices are definitely reasonable too!

WORST SUSHI PLACE I HAVE EVER EATEN AT. AND A RIP OFF AS WELL.
This was the worst "hibachi & sushi" place I've ever eaten in my life. Me and a friend got the "sushi regular entree dinner". That included miso soup that was horrible. It also included salad that had dressing that looked baby food minced carrots on it. Finally the "chef's choice" sushi comes and it's basically the same exact thing that I purchased at acme or superfresh. Rice with the thinnest slices of raw fish known to man. And their sushi salmon roles were horrible to taste as well. And I even like salmon. Then my dinner was thai sweet and sour chicken. It was actually just slices, very small I might add, of chicken slivers, surrounded by about 3 lbs of crappy veggies and sweet and sour sauce that looked and tasted like katsup + water. On top of that the rice was lumpy and clumpy. It gets worse. When I took a bite of the mystery slice of fish on my friends plate, I felt like I had just opened my mouth underwater. The only taste it had was pure salt. There was so much food left on our two plates that the poor busboy asked if we wanted boxes. The bill was 40.00 and that was actually including my tip cause I am a nice person. The place was horrible. If you are ever in the area, do yourself a favor, go across the street to Hibachi. Food, service, and decor is much better. I guess there is a reason why the parking lot is always packed and there were mostly empty tables in this place. The best ending I could figure for this night was going through the drive-through at McDonalds which I did. A very pricey and bad experience as far as sushi goes.

Satisfying Lunches and Relaxed Dinners - BYOB and Sushi
From reading previous reviews, it appears that Tokyo Fusion is not for everyone. Tokyo Fusion is an unadorned family owned establishment (and it is BYOB!). So leave the atmosphere to your date and the wine. After talking to the couple that I always see there when I visit, I assume that it is their own. You will also see them if you visit, a medium height slender man with glasses and his decorated partner. I like a place where its owners care for it day after day, somehow the food tastes better. It is just the right atmosphere to go on a weekday evening for quiet conversation and relaxation or pick up lunch for you and your coworkers. Our office ate the pad thai, bamboo chicken, and lemongrass soup while streaming video of the inauguration last Tuesday. I will give that on certain occasion the service is slower than others, but it is never rude. The miso soup is prepared traditionally and perfect, very delicate. There weren?t gobs of scallion and tofu that you find in many chain hibachi restaurants. As with all small sushi restaurants (I don?t eat at the large ones), I examine the sushi bar prior to placing my order, checking the ingredients for color and texture. I?m sure that asking to smell wouldn?t be out of the question if you're really uncertain. It sounds like the person who was given mystery fish hasn?t familiarized themselves with the different colors and textures. If it was white tuna, it does have a strong taste. My palette doesn?t prefer it, but there are thousands who it does please. In these tough times for all of us I?m sure that affording help isn?t easy. I normally have seen no more than three working on the floor at dinner and what I assume is a chef or two in the back and the sushi chef. My boyfriend has gone alone a few times and ended up conversation with the sushi chef for hours while sampling the little bites of heaven. This isn?t the place to make a fuss or for excitement, just good food that you can appreciate in every bite.

Favorite Thai Restaurant
I have been to Thai restaurants just about everywhere except Thailand. Family, friends, business associates, etc., and I have enjoyed the lunch buffet and dinner more times than I can count. I and we have never been disappointed with the food or service. Their Sushi Chef is great. The quality of the ingredients has never been an issue. I have gone through the sushi, sashimi and roll menu without issue and the SF will alter the rolls if necessary to meet with the dietary restrictions of the guests. I am partial to the curry's myself and have never found fault. I guess that every restaurant has their off days but I have yet to experience one. If I was dating, I would not hesitate to make this a first date place. Mr. Pang is a gracious host and I have recommended Tokyo Fusion to family and friends alikeWorldwide > United States > Wayne, PA > Sushi and Japanese Restaurants
