We had a terrible experience with the Harwood Floor Giant. We have very nice cherry moldings throughout our house that Harwood Floor Giant scarred and scratched. They also did a HUGELY sloppy refinish job. I now have streak marks all over my once beautiful cherry floors. There are random drip marks of finish throughout our house. And our staircase has terrible scars where they did patched of unstainable filler from their sloppy work. My Hardwood floors looked 10 times better BEFORE this company came into our house. I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT use them!
