This store has great merchandise but every time that I go in, it is dirty. The other Target stores in the area are better kept.

Target has a terrible return policy. I received two high chairs for my baby shower and did not get a gift receipt for either one. I wasn't able to return it because they will only return an item with out a receipt up to a certain amount....
