Good location
I lived at the Tahitian Terrace and there's nothing tropical about it. The buildings are cracking and falling apart. This place is way past it's prime. In the short time I was there, the onsite manager demonstrated time after time, a complete lack of communication skills. I am serious about the dryrot black mold, ant infestations, bad plumbing, cramped parking. They don't have near enough parking sports to acomodate the number of tenants/units they have. The good things were that it was a good location and it was very quiet there. Good, quiet neighbors.Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Apartments
