My previous portfolio was liquidated & transferred to Symphonic Financial on 03/15/11, unbeknown to me there was a sharp drop in the market on March 13, 14 & 15. Symphonic Financial did not enter my cash back into the market until March 22nd when the market had recovered from the downward spike. It cost me a $-17,000 loss. Now after 4.5 months my portfolio is down $-9,000, their commission is $2,300. Symphonics money manager made me feel like I was number one when it came to importance only to find out that number one to them is transferring a new customers account under any circumstances. We have all lost money in the market but it was there error to hold my investment money for a week before re-entering it back into the market. On a scale of 1-10, I don\'t believe i\'ll recover on the positive side of investing with them. Is this a sad standard? or is it just a bad coincidence? Doug Anders mda1938@comcast.net
