Susina - Has great pastries but needs revamped staff
Pastries and Food are really great here, but the staffs attempts to be social and complimentary fall very flat. Jenna, the owner is great, but may need to go back to the drawing board with staff training. Can't have a GM that makes off...

Used to be Good
Susina now serves breakfast. STOP! Go back to what you did well. Pastries. The female manager is one of the most sour personalities I've come across. She makes it seem as she's doing you a favor by waiting on you. No, I've gone elsewhere...Worldwide > United States > Los Angeles, CA > Restaurants
