I love their pies and plate lunches. The pancakes are weak, but their home cooking makes up for that. Never have I seen a roach or rat in Strawn's, especially not the waitstaff who are all as sweet as the strawberry pie.

LOVE Strawn's
A Shreveport institution. Delicious and cheap "blue plate" lunches and pies that are to die for. I prefer the Kings Hwy location -- is the real deal.
