Rude service

I have contacted the South Alabama Utilities at Semmes office on several occasions. There is an individual there on the phones that has to be the most unhappiest person in the world! Rude, unhelpful and so forth. Fire Her!

Customer service

We have had service for 7 years with the same water company and we went to have it switched because we had moved and the lady as for a deposit after we already paid a deposit at the last house we lived in for gas and water ...why cant...
