We hired this company to do an addition to our house and a new metal roof. Things that started out well ended not so well. After a year and a half the roof started leaking. After several calls they came and put some caulk on the roof. The so called repair continued to leak. Over the next two years the "patches" kept leaking and getting worse. Inside the house the new rooms' drywall was damaged, each time it rained the damage got worse. They were always too busy to come and do something with the roof. All of the drywall seams in the addition have cracked, the leak damaged the ceiling, walls and the downstairs. Finally we had to get another contractor to come and take one side of the roof completely off and fix it correctly, and cost us a considerable amount of money. This builder still will not contact us. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

The previous review was mine. Up to that point, they had been quite good. They are now no longer returning our phone calls in regards to repairing things that were subpar, including peeling joint tape and cracks in the dry wall which they installed. This project, which was supposed to be completed prior to December 2008 is still waiting for fixes a year later.
