Horrible Customer Service
Dr. Bittner is rude and condescending with no interperpersonal skills whatsoever. If you're looking for a doctor on a power trip, he is the one to see. I would not recommend him or his practice ever!

Awesome Service!!
I recently moved to the area and had my first exam with Dr Bittner. I was so impressed with the exam... I have never had such a good eye exam. The staff was very helpful. I just picked up my new glasses and love them! I highly recommend this practice to anyone!!

My family have been patients for over 20 years. Dr Bittner is very professional. My wife and kids have seen the other doctors and have been very happy. Friendly staff, thorough exams.

Office staff sucks
Dr. Ritter had his own practice which was great. He joined this group which did not have and still does lack customer service. Clerical workers are not insurance savvy.
