"Rimax Auto Sales is a scam. I went to Mike in 2010 after someone wrecked my car. I thought I was dealing with someone of integrity. I explained my situation and told him I did not want to have a car payment. He could keep the car while I pay on it periodically till its paid off. He told me I had to put at least $500 down and we could work out the rest of the payments. I should have know he was shady when he claimed he left his receipt book and tried to just give me a paper stating 'received $500'. I had to ask him to get two copy paper and write in detail his name the date the car in question and that he was receiving a down payment from me!! There was not a specified time to finish paying it off because he still had the car in his possession. I called a week later wanting my money back because I had gotten a better deal. He stated we were in a binding contract and the money can not be refunded I had to finish paying for the car. I understood and continue with our agreement. A few months and a couple of grands later he sold the car behind my back no warning. I had to call the police. I was told he is a known unscrupulous business man and to take him to court. I won my case in small claims court he appealed and I won a second time. He has not paid me my money yet. I will not stop until justice is served I have already reported him to the Better Business Bureau and next I will be going to the State Attorney General because they have a branch that deals with that. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DUDE HE IS A CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are many others that he has rip off like the person before me stated! "
