These people were NOT a Hilliard based company, but an out of state interest with offices in Reynoldsburg operating as Renew Remodeling and Repair. My experience was this; I was offered a free, no obligation inspection of my home, to which I consented. I was given blurry pictures of my rooftop, completely intact and asked to discuss a contract to completely replace my existing roof. I was confused, as I saw no damage whatever. I asked for time to collect a second opinion, as our roof was older, and was met with sarcasm and more pressure than I could understand. At this point our business concluded. I tried to reach someone at the number listed for them on their flyer three times and reached no one at all. I was left no service or explanation, only confused and a little suspicious about these people.
