It all began with one teacher and a handful of students gathering to practice. Today, on a hidden farm and in a breathtaking castle, our community includes all levels of yoga students and encourages a healthy lifestyle of physical and emotional wellbeing. Nurtured by mother-daughter team Liz and Katie, you will also see each member of the Conner family involved in fine tuning a space for you to play, restore, and heal.
