Never do any business with this company! I traveled with them and I'm very disappointed by their service. First, they are cheap by all means. They offer some extra tours that are not included in the program for money. In the end you find out that your trip is more expensive that you had expected. The second, the group manager who travels with the group doesn't do too much talking on the route (at least our guide we had mr. Kushner). Compare to other group managers it's a very poor service. The third. Never trust what the owners of the group say. They simply don't care about the business reputation. I was told to leave the car on their parking lot near the office in Philadelphia during my trip with the Pilgrim Travel Group. On my question I was told that nothing would happen to my car. If they had any concerns I would never left my car their. I either left it on another saved place or didn't go for the trip. When I got back 10 days after, the window on my car was broken and GPS and radar detector had been stolen. When I asked mr. Lev Kushner (the owner of the company) to pay for the damage he simply refused to do that. Arguing that he wasn't responsible for the parking near his office (even it's stated that not customer cars would be towed) and he didn't guarantee the safeness of my car (which is the lie since I was told to park my car there and nothing would happen to it). I had to complain about that service to American Travel Associations. But it turned out that Pilgrim Travel Group isn't its member. I complained to the BBB but Pilgrim Travel Group just ignored the complain and it got F (the lowest rating) rating from BBB. For the few hundred dollars they god a bad reputation. They just don't care about their promises, they don't care about the reputation, they don't care to protect customer cars on the parking, they don't care to pay damages their customers got for their faults. My advice don't ever have any business with the company which doesn't care about you and the reputation.
