He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Houston and his dental degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Phillips is a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician as well as an active member in many leading dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, Westside Implant Study Club and the Willowbrook Study Club.
