Never again
Hired Penthouse movers to help my mom and dad (both elderly) move. The estimate of $1000 turned into actual $1600. Lids to pats and pans were wrapped with three or four pices of packing paper. A promise of $100 for the return of the boxes took weeks to get...a peice of furniture was badly scratched during the move...has never been fixed...the move took place over two months ago.
