I decided to make an appointment with Pat because it was right next door to where I got my wedding dress and I was also given a 10 dollar off coupon. When I got there and tried on my dress she told me it fit perfectly and would not need more than a hem and a busstle. She worked for about 15 or 20 minutes pinning the bottom of my dress. After I took my dress off she was going over the pricing and told me I owed 600 dollars!!! I was appalled at the pricing and even more appalled that she told me to call my mom and get a credit card number. I knew I was not going to be paying that much for an alteration but I told her I would be back after I talked to my mom. I called several other alteration places and all of them told me that 600 was a ridiculous price to pay. I went back in and told her I wanted my dress back and that there was no way I would pay that much. She was very rude telling me that that was a standard price and I would not find anyone cheaper even after I told her that other p

I went to Pat's Bridal to have my dress altered. I do not reccommend this lady at all. Her attitude was very unpleasant and she was very insulting. She told me that I needed a breast reduction and after quoting me a rediculous price said that it was high because my dress was made in china and that she doesn't work for china prices.

How is she still in business???
I went to Pat's to have alterations and additions done for my wedding dress. We had spoken in detail about what would need to be done and my mother had even shown her the dress in advance to be sure we were not wasting our time. I then made an appointment, left work in the middle of the day (which she knew) and went to see her. When I arrived she did not greet us for several minutes, and when she finally did she was quite unpleasant. When I put the dress on she then decided she did not want to do it because I am too "busty". She was extremely rude and dismissive and gave no explaination or suggestion after she simply changed her mind out of nowhere in a 24 hour period. I would not recommend this woman to ANYONE. She has horrible people skills and does not deserve the business. Please take your wedding dresses and other alterations to any other seamstress who will care for them and treat you with respect and courtesy!

Flexible and Great Work
