These are most unprofessional people I have enountered till this date... DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES... We went to their PULASKI office to get our taxes done. After looking at the W2 form , we were told we get $ 18 refund. Hence, we informed that that we wouldnt like to file our taxes with them since there is no point of paying $ 65 for getting $ 18 refund and we can do the taxes ourselves. However, they asked us to pay $ 30 just to estimate the taxes EVEN THOUGH we didnt file our taxes through them. This is INSANE. I was highly frustrated. I told them they should have informed us beforehand that they charge that money to estimate the taxes however, the RUDE ARROGANT OWNER started arguing with us. We left thinking there is no point of arguing with an IDIOT. However, we will file this with the better business bureau and other organisations that handle this. The office staff was so scared of the owner that they were afraid to speak anything. MORAL OF THE STORY : Dont use their services.They need some lessons not only with taxation but also with good customer service
