"I was being treated like Royalty"
I recently dined at Nove Italiano with my mother and other relatives. The headline to this review is a quote from my mother after we had left the restaurant. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is out of this world, and most importantly, the service was flawless! Vincent and Tony made great recommendations and answered all of our questions accurately. Plus, what wonderful senses of humor on these two! They made us all feel at home. They introduced us to Chef Gino! He took a picture with my mother! I read a couple reviews about service above and i can understand that some servers may take themselves a bit too seriously, but I will say this...they all worked together! We had random people in the restaurant clearing our plates including the guys and gals wearing the vests!! I think they are the team leaders....they were helpful and seemed to be enjoying themselves...and one more thing, we were NOT spending thousands of dollars like I am sure some of their clientele. And yet, "treated like royalty!"

Nove Ristorante
Nove is absolutely phenominal. Having had the opportunity to dine in some of the finest restaurants in Italy, I must say that Nove is the real deal. I wholeheartedly disagree with the negative comments made by other reviewers. I have dined at nove about nine times and have enjoyed the experience with all of the waiters. Yes, the food is pricey, but this is Las Vegas. What do you expect to pay at a restaurant 51 stories high, with breathtaking views of the strip and some of the best food around. My only issue was with the woman who identified herself as the Wine Director (Liz ?) and attempted to assist us with a winelist that she seemed to be so completely unfamiliar with.

One of the best in Vegas!
I went here last weekend during my trip to Vegas with some friends, and this place was unbelievable. First of all, the service was prompt and so incredibly friendly. Erica, our waitress, and Heidi, the bartender, were so incredibly warm and friendly (not to mention cute!) They took care of everything and made sure we had a great time, they were so much fun. The food was exquisite, I have been to Italy and this was comparable to some of those restaurants. Everything was prepared carefully, and the sauces and vegetables tasted so very fresh. We also had their special expresso with Bailey's shot, which was great. The portions will fill you up so don't eat too much before! All in all, a great meal, and for a restaurant of this caliber at the Palms in Vegas, pricing isn't bad. And it's located right under Moon and the Playboy Club, which if you have guestlist and enough ladies in your party, you can get into directly from the restaurant. I very highly recomend it.

Best Italian Restaurant
This was one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. It's definitely not for somebody who is looking for a discount Italian restaurant, but WELL worth the money. The view was great as well, but I care more about the food than anything else and the food was great. Get the veal and the octopus. You won't regret it : ).
