I contracted with this guy in 2006 to build my custom home. I did not have any hesitation using him because he lived on my street and no one had anything to say either way about him. After my house was completed much past the date expected we moved in to have a leak in the ceiling within the first week. Things got worse from there with the discovery of more leaks over my master bathroom. After trying to get to the bottom of the problem we discovered our roof was installed incorrectly and he refused to do anything about it. This led to the discovery of a multitude of issues including, HVAC, framing, Plumbing, and a complete new roof all of which I paid for out of pocket since he would not do anything but put the blame everywhere else including blaming my son for the water leaking into my kitchen and dining room. This led to a lawsuit which cost me $$$$$ ultimately winning in a settlement out of court but loosing in the big picture. Stay away from this person he has no business being a contractor. He does not supervise his subs and honestly I question his ability and knowledge to be able to supervise anyone. There seems to be a lack of knowledge on his part or a lack of care. Do not use him.
