We used this company to do repairs on a property we own. We had a fixed budget and was told by Rick Mithun the owner,that all the work we wanted done could be accomplished for less than the amount we had to work with. He did repair the water damage we had but did not do the rest of the work he promised to do. He never supplied us with an estimate even though we asked for one on 3 separate occasions. He then expected payment of our entire budget since he felt that he had repaired all the damage that we had experienced, but he never did the work he promised to do. I would never use this company again. They are not trustworthy.
