the owner of this company, I believe, the plumber is a liar. we have missed countless days at this point of our lives waiting for a water heater to be put in that he has in his possession and will not deliver. we are going thru a home warranty company, hms, which is an equally horrible company. there is definitely a scam going on with both of them, if its not one, its the other, or both places that r holding our brand new water heater hostage. the plumber says he will come "sometime tomorrow," we take time off work just for him not to show up and this has happened 3 times!!!! and there have been several days he could have came bc he has the product and just plain doesn't answer the phone, even his emergency line. he actually has complained that we have called him too much to the warranty company, but he will NEVER answer his phone, and I mean NEVER!!! it has been 13 days now and we still do not have our water heater.
