moderatly priced steak
Not a bad place to stop with the family for a steak or seafood.. Priced well and the service was great....Plenty on the menu to cover every ones taste buds.

I liked the seafood. Its a nice place. Personally, I like non chain food so I think a place like this is better than going to like a red lobster and getting the same meal. I would suggest giving it a try.

Great place
I like going to Mac when I want red meat for a special dinner. The salad and bread is good and service is fast. Bit pricey, but once in a while ok. A lot of my family members go here for brunch - the buffet is awesome.

Mac's Steaks & Seafood
Steak aside, the one thing that stands out at Macs is their house salad. I've never had anything there that wasn't good and their wide menu has something foe even the pickiest eater! Good Sunday brunch as well.

Nothing Special
We decided to try Mac's for my birthday. The salad was pretty good, but there was just nothing special about the steak. It was cooked medium-well the way I like it, but the flavor was just ordinary. My mother got some kind of chicken (I forgot what it was called.) which was covered with a sauce. I tasted it as my mother thought it was strange. Sure enough, when we asked what kind of sauce it was, we realized this sauce would taste better on fish as it was basically ketchup and horseradish.

Hmm.Our dinner was great!
Not sure what your chicken dish was, but I had a new menu item that was called Charbroiled chicken. The sauce was great and so was the jicama pineapple salsa! My husband had the special, Cowboy Ribeye. he really enjoyed it and the price was half what it was @ JR's!
