My wife and I found this little place searching for small printing shops in our area. The personnel was not very friendly, but seemed to be competent enough to print business cards. Possibly, we gave them too much credit. They altered the logo and I missed the imperfection as I was looking at the color of the card. The color was altered too, but to an acceptable level. My wife had to call them to see if the cards were done, and they were, but when she inspected them, there were numerous flaws to the print and condition of the paper. Forty six out of 250 were defective, as well as the altered logo on all 250. When it was addressed by my wife, Linkos cited the fact that I had "signed off" on them, and they would not honor the misprint, but would replace the 46 damaged cards only, despite the fact that, over the phone, she had stated she would replace the box.
