Lilly's Hair Plus Discriminates This salon chooses the amount you will pay by the length and texture of your hair. I was paying $25.00 but when my hair grew to my shoulder they raised the price to $28.00. Every time I went the prices changed. I started to pay $28.00 for a wash and style. Then a couple of weeks ago someone tried to charge me $35.00 for the same service, she said because my hair felt to coarse. I will never go back to Lilly's Hair Plus.
