Too Expensive
I went to get my oil changed but my husband had already bought the oil and filter. They only took $5 off my total for bringing my own stuff. So it actually cost me more to bring my own oil and filter. That makes no sense to me!

Their name serves them well!
When they say quick, they definitely mean it! Shortly after I moved here, I had to get my car inspected. I had gone to two other places to try to get an inspection and ended up waiting over an hour ...

They are definitely quick!
Their name serves them well. When I first moved to the area, I took my car to two other places first for the state inspections, and waited and waited and finally gave up and left. Even though the waiting room was filled with people, I was in and out within 15 minutes. I was so impressed! I have since taken my car back there for other routine maintenance (oil changes, etc.) and they do a great job every time.

The Place for Car Inspections
I dropped of my car and showed my insurance card. Then I gave my keys to the lady there. She was very polite. I sat down and begin to read one of their car magazines and the next thing I knew... my car was done. It PASSED!!! Seem like they didn't even check it.

I went to get my oil changed right before closing and it took them maybe 10 min tops. When i left my suv started acting worse. It had been acting up so I took it in thinking it was the oil but knew they would inspect it either way. Well they marked that my transmission fluid was full when in fact it was BONE DRY! My husband had a freaking fit! So no they are not worth going to . They are fast because they dont do what they say they will do!!! Very upset!!

I went in for a state inspection. Really quick services. Only takes 15 minutes on Thursday morning, 10/18/07.

They don't actually inspect your car...
I took my car to Kwik Kar to get inspected, and one of my tires had exposed cords. Guess what? My car passed inspection! What does that tell you? It tells you that they don't actually inspect your car. Had I not known about the tires already, I could have been in a serious accident if I'd just relied on their services.Worldwide > United States > Katy, TX > Gas & Service Stations
