Horrible New Manager
The Kims were so lovely, but the new manager is completely rotten. Today, I had 3 issues: 1. they pressed a blouse that I had told them (and the tag says) "no iron". He insisted that "pressing" and "ironing" are 2 totally different...Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Dry Cleaning & Laundry
