Honest & Comprehensive Auto Repair

My father referred me to John Brothers and I have referred many people since. As a woman, it's great to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. The mechanics will provide expert service to any domestic or foreign brand. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to provide the best care for your car.

For example, there was one instance where my bill was a bit higher than expected. The invoice detailed the cost of each service and the parts required, so I could easily figure out which charge was responsible. So I asked about it. Mike brought me into the shop and showed me what my old part looked like compared to a brand new one. He also explained what the part did and why it was important to replace it. I really appreciated that he took the time to educate me. Other places treat you like an idiot when you ask for more information, or just because you are a woman. That doesn't happen at John Brothers.

John Brothers is a great repair shop. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I've called for last minute repairs or maintenance and they make time for me. I highly recommend them!
