Big disappointment.
I could've eaten the gumbo with a fork it was so thick. Gumbo is soup, not pudding. The roux was not dark enough. I travel S. Louisiana frequently, so I know good gumbo.

Southern cooking, at an okay price.
I've lived in the area all my life, and I used to go at least once a month. The portions are huge, which makes up for the price. The po boys, gumbo (despite other claims) and chicken are amazing.
