Its nothing we can do now" - answer from service person
I brought my shoes yesterday to fix the heel and today i realise that my shoe heels are broken and the answer I got from service person - " It is nothing we can do to fix it"...so disappointed.

The Worst dirty people
They did horrible repair job on a pair of sandles, they lost and expensive pair of Prada shoes and will not replace them nor give any $$$ toward them and they are rude and dirty people....their shop is a mess more like a disaster no...Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Shoe Stores
