I sold my house through Jane Lee in June 2013. I found her to be extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and conceited. She was very engaging in our initial meeting and told me she could sell my house at a price I liked. I spent over $2000 on improvements she recommended. Once she convinced me to list through her, I was told that I had to have all contact through her secretary and not to contact Jane Lee directly. On the rare occasions I did speak to her, she was extremely pushy about accepting any offer, even though they were below the minimum she originally promised me. When I didn’t accept the low-ball offers, she became agitated, rude and even more shockingly, SWORE AT ME. When I told her the price was less than what she had convinced me to list the house for she said, “I am not God.” It got so contentious that I refused to speak with her. I wanted to end our contract, but she threatened to sit on it for 1 year & I wouldn't be able to sell my house during that time. I did eventually sell my home for more than she "expected" me to sell it for, but the final dealings were made through her secretary. I have sold a house previously through a different real estate agent and it was a much more pleasant experience. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING JANE LEE
