Do NOT give these people your money!!!! They pierced my nose in the wrong place after I specifically asked otherwise. He refused to mark it when I asked him to and stuck the needle through anyway. I expressed my concerns before I left the shop, with him reassuring me I needed to go home and give it a couple hours. After wiping off the ointment and being able to see it clearly, I knew that my gut instincts were correct. I called up to the shop and explained politely what was wrong, he not only refused to give me a refund and would not guarantee his work, but very rudely told me he didn't want to hear what I had to say. He was inappropriate and also yelled at me! I have a big problem with the fact that I did not raise my voice once, or insult him, yet he felt the need to insult and yell at me. This is NO way to do business or insure future business!!! There are a dozen other shops within miles of here and I will absolutely be giving my business and recommendations to one of them. This is NO way to treat the people that put money in your pocket! There is a huge red flag sent up when someone won't guarantee their work or refund my hard earned money when they did not do their job properly! I am highly dissatisfied and concerned for future unknowing customers. I wouldn't want them to also have a hole in their face that they did not want!! STAY AWAY!!!!
