Tried to use this place to get a simple cleaning -- twice. First time, I called ahead, said no problem, filled out paperwork and waited 3 (THREE) hours, then left in disgust. Second time, I again called ahead, was there one hour before closing, then a dental tech says they might not be able to get my cleaning done that night, that I would likely have to come back. When asking about how long it would take, she couldn't give me an answer and said there are different kinds of cleanings. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time -- don't be fooled by the extended evening hours -- they also only do cleanings at the Southside location on Wednesdays. Good luck.
