Don't use this Attorney!! I being a mere person, no legal training at all have had motions dropped against me from this so called attorney my Ex Husband hired. He sent a copy of a motion he filed in court, the next day I received another copy of the same motion, two days later the same thing. I sent an email to my Ex letting him know I hope he wasn't paying the postage and paper and fee's for all three(3) letters. Not to mention charging his client for Motions that have no legal standing and as soon as we walk into court to be heard on them he drops it in front of the judge, and never files any thing stating that it was dropped. I'm not sure why but he then hired this same attorney for another Petition filed. However, now we came to an agreement and he won't drop off the case, won't get a date sent in court. Why just to charge more in fee's for all the phone calls asking him to do what is ethical? An attorney should represent what you want them to do. He was asked to withdrawal from the case by his client via phone, writing, and another attorney and still can't be bothered to do it. It has been over 20 days. When his office is called for the 10th or more time his own secretary/paralegal said to me "Don't get an attitude with me, all I do is answer the phone!" Like she knows he's incompetent, and can't really help.
