Hurst heating and air in Knoxville Tennessee has mostly kids doing their work for them. I had met with the owner Jeff at my house for a service call. He found the problem with my unit, but had to order the part. Upon his return I noticed it wasn't him. It looked as to me a little kid that showed up to put the part on. Two little boys showed up. I watched these kids and noticed in my opinion they were far from being a experienced tech. I would not refer this company to anyone. Jeff the owner had told me it shouldn't take more than an hour to install the new part. However with these two kids doing it they were there for over three hours. The kid's appearance looked very slouchy and they looked like they both were in desperate need of bath. So I would look for another company for your heat and air problems.I repeat..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
