Don't count on getting what you asked for
I spent NYE at this hotel and had the worst experience ever. Didn't get the room we had reserved and weren't offered anything different when we complained. Staff seemed against any harmless NYE fun. I have had far better experiences in...Worldwide > United States > Portland, OR > Hotels
