Will Not Go Back

Unfortunately this was the only dental office in the area that accepted my son's insurance so I was forced to take him to this location. I was not pleased at all with their staff or procedures. For a cleaning and check up you have to go in and have your xrays done one day and then reschedule for your cleaning and any future work that may need to be done. On two separate visits I was told that my son needed a cavity filled with a normal filling by the staff at the front desk. However, after the dentist had already began driling I was informed that he would be having a silver cap inserted instead. This could have been an accurate diagnosis, but I was very dissappointed with the way this was handled.

Hometown Dental - Grandbury Road

I too had a very unfortunate experience with this dental office. The service is awful. The office is very small. The regional manager Patti is very rude and has a very unprofessional attitude. My daughter came from college to have her teeth clean. She sat almost 2 hours; they took x-rays, she sat another hour; for them to tell her she could not have her teeth clean, because the dentist had left. I will not go back. Very unsatisfied. Please pass the word around. They cater mostly to hispanic children.

PROS: None
CONS: Unprofessional and rude

the real reason from you visit

as for Jennifer H. the real reason from your visit, we don't lie it's called the truth. when you start tx finish your tx. you should of came back to get your per. crown on, but you didn't . Besides its called Recurrent Decay form not brushing, eating sweets, not taking care of your tooth. We did offer u a payment payment, but besides when you u sign up for Ins, u know that Ins doesn't cover everything.. we gave u good service cause u even signed to use u a a reference Vernell J.- ur daughter came in over a hour late, we fitted her in our shedule, she had a diff. kind of ins from the last visit ins had to be verified. we have to attend our shedule appt. that come in on time. We cater to everybody there nothing wrong with the race that we treat. We treat our Patient's the way we would want to get treated.
