Good cajun food
Gumbo A Go Go was the first inexpensive Cajun place to open in Indy. I really liked them until Yats came to town, and now I think they're just okay. The one thing that Gumbo A Go Go has that's unique is the Datwich, a great sandwich on fresh French bread that's made from turkey cooked in beer and spices. They also have great sweet tea, just like down south. Their gumbo is also good, my kids like the chicken creole, and the jambalaya is ok. Overall, it's reasonably priced, with entrees averaging around $6-$7. But as far as variety and value, Yats is the better of the two by far.

Delicious and friendly
I've been living by this place for over a year and working right down the street for about two, and I drive by it for most of that time without ever stopping in. What a mistake. I finally tried it one evening out of curiosity, and boy am I glad I did!

They have a new Cajun restaurant opening up called Cajun cafe my friend told me that its reaaaallllly good... they went to a food testing and couldn't believe the quality of the food ...

Great Cajun!
Definitely a hidden gem - great place to stop and grab dinner on your way home from work. The datwich and voodoo chicken (voodoo is super spicy) are my favorites, but we have enjoyed everything we have tried. Friendly service too!

My husband and i had crawfish chili cheese etouffe and our son had bourbon chicken and all of it was great and the sweat tea was good too!!!! We will absolutely be visiting again, we had great food and a nice conversation w/ 1 of the owners there too!!! Keep up the great work fellas!!! See you soon, and if you haven't checked it out make sure you do!!! It was also priced very well!!
