Good care but expensive

I used Greebrier/Brookview for one of my cats and my ferret. The care they provide is impeccable but definitely not cheap. The staff is very friendly but I've had problems with appointments running long. On one visit we stopped in (we did have an appointment) to give a sample for bloodwork and ended up sitting in the waiting room for over an hour.
