Rushed and Inconsiderate
Went to see this dentist for the first time today. I'm the Delta HMO plan, and have never felt the effects of being an HMO patient as strongly as I did with him. First of all, he was late (the appointment was for 10:30 a.m. and he arrived around 10:45 a.m.), then he gave me a quick cleaning which mostly consisted of him flossing my teeth, and barely consisted of any actual dental tools. He looked at his watch the whole time, and took phone calls while I was there. He was nice enough, and answered all of the questions I felt compelled to ask since he didn't seem very concerned about my teeth in general. Unfortunately, the answers were things like This is the first time I'm seeing your teeth, it's hard to tell if it's a cavity or not. I felt like he was rushed and only willing to get me lip service, when I was asking for teeth service. I do not plan on returning.

Other dentists work there in the same office, the Dental Assistant, and the secretary's there don't work for him, which I found odd!

Bad professional and very rude
When you go to his office you have the feeling that something is not right about this dentist. He is not good at all and very sloppy and dirty. I had a cleaning work done there, he was not professional at all. It seems that he does not have too much knowledge.Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Dentists
