Gymnastics Instruction
No yearly commitment required. Decide on a month-to-month basis to stay in program. Grouped by gender, age, and ability. All apparatus is available and used for instruction. Parents can view classes from viewing room. Special room with tv for little ones. Groups are small and while the other children are receiving personalized instruction the ones who are waiting have other activities based on the equipment station they are at. It is located in the Centereach Mall and there is plenty of parking. You can access the gym from1 of 4 entrances to the mall, all are well lit. They offer birthday party packages and cheerleading as well as gymnastics lessons.

NOT FOR THE SERIOUS GYMNAST
Nice clean place, being so new helps a lot but after watching for a while (gym surrounded by glass, good for parents, distracting for kids) I saw that coaches were very young and not real knowledgeable. OK for recreational gymnast but if you really plan on going somewhere- go somewhere else. Went in to check out prices and the tuition almost made me faint!! The most expensive place I found in the area by far and none of those kids running those groups seemed worth that money.

Clean and organized!!!
I have been to many gyms as the mom of a competitive gymnast and have found all of the GMGC locations to be the cleanest and most organized around. From the coaches to the office staff all are extremely helpful. My daughter learned more in a few weeks at Gold Medal than she did in a year at other gyms. The recreational programs are just as organized and well run as their many competitive programs (they have a program for every gymnast from the beginner to the advanced and competitive). I would HIGHLY recommend any of the GMGC locations.

Amazing
The male coaches at GMGC are of the finest coaches i have ever seen.If you want the best they got it for sure. The female coaches are decent as well. The current girls team coach competed in the 2002 Olympic games! Also a few of the boys are also trained in martial arts and can be very helpful for those looking for help in martial arts tricks. I did gymnastics for over 20 years and currently coach the junior Olympic American team. I wish i had some of there staff to be 100% honest.
