Total waste of money
These people don't really help you find a job. You pay them thousands of dollars up front, sign a contract making your payment non-refundable, and then you're presnted with a job search system that still leaves all the hard work up to you. Might as well not pay them. They don't actually know of any jobs or openings, you still have to find those. Just don't pay them because you'll never see your money again.SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM !!!!
If they call you for an interview, don't go. It's not an interview but a slick sales pitch. Or better yet, tell them you'll be there and don't show up ! All they want is thousands of dollars from you and they'll do nothing to help you get a job. These people should be ashamed to show their faces in public. They take advantage of others who need jobs. There is a special place in hell for these vipers.Top notch career guidance
Ten years out of college and on my third career I was looking for guidance and I found it at Global Career Management. Despite the fact that I do not have a degree in biology or chemistry I had long been interested in pursuing a career as a pharmaceutical rep and I recently achieved that goal. My consultant worked with me to pinpoint my strengths and how to make them more prominent, and my weaknesses and how to make them less noticeable. After working with my consultant for 3 months I secured interviews with Pfizer and Amgen, and recently accepted a position with Amgen. After Amgen made their first offer I brought it to my consultant and with his help was able to negotiate a package with 10% better total compensation. At my six month review I'll be leaning on my consultant for help.Stay away from this SCAM Global Career Management

It's been 3 years since I went to GCM in Colorado Springs.. It's beyond "Not worth the money". It's a rip-off scam. They proved it to me!
I was a career changer and industry changer, so I had a double whammy. Â This was a huge step for me and my family. Â We understood that this change would not be easy and that we would need some help...and GCM arrived at the perfect time. Â GCM gave me skills and value in 3 different areas. Â First was the marketing resume; Â this was completely up to date and forward thinking and set my resume apart from the rest of the crowd. Â Second, was the 30 second and 60 second commercial......sales, sales, sales....this all the time you will have with an executive decision maker, you better be ready and it better be good. Â Next, came the practice interview; again, this was invaluable experience before the "read deal." Â this type of preparation added confidence in my presentation during the interview. Â Finally, GCM helped me understand my value, goals and negotiating position while I concluded the hiring process. Â I am extremely impressed with the service and would advise anyone looking for a change to look into this company. Â They do what they promise!Citysearch needs to add a delete function
I changed my mind about posting this review and I am sorry that Citysearch does not let users delete reviews as Yelp does.Global Career Management IS A SH AM!
I too was found on the Monster website and was promised a brand new way of finding your next career. I have an MBA, so I am really embarrassed I fell for their spiel. They wrote me a two page resume w/no dates. Everyone I talked to wanted me to rewrite it for them with dates and a more readable format. They also wrote some cover letters which appeared to be form cover letters. I went to a couple of sessions where we talked about stuff, BUT THAT WAS IT...THE REST I HAD TO DO MYSELF. IT IS NOT WORTH THE $6,300 I paid them.Worldwide > United States > Denver, CO > Staffing & Recruiting
