BUYER BEWARE! This man took our $2200 and never completed the work after being paid in FULL. He was to install 10 windows and 5 of them still need replacing. The work was started in October and we have repeatedly called him since then and it is now almost February with a few no shows and not he wont return our calls at all. There are sooo so many places to purchase glass and after our experience with Dean Rasmussen at Glass Hut, aka RAS Glass, I would strongly urge others to stear clear of this man. He is impossible to reach and when you do reach him, he will not follow through on what he says he will do. We truly felt scammed by him and urge others to go elsewhere.The ten year warranty on the 5 windows he did replace is really for not...try getting him to come fix them when he can't even complete a job!
