Worst Scam in sacramento auto sales/fails
Guaranteed approval alright. Ill admit i have bad credit. thats why i went here. if you had good credit you would probably go to a real dealership right?. anyways, heres the scam... none of the cars have prices. they just tell you your approved then you walk around the lot and they tell you what you can buy. pretty much if you want it, you cant get it. they only sell you certain cars that they want to get rid of. for example, i was approved for a $12000 suv with 200,000 miles but not approved for a $7000 car with low miles. they save those for the people with good credit who happen to wander in. and because the cars have no prices, either on the web site or on the window sticker at the lot, they can change the price to whatever they want. that way if your approved for $10,000, and you see a car you like, then they can price that car at $10,000 no mater what it is worth. i was approved for $10 -12,000 they said, as long as i put $2000 down. i brought $2000 and suddenly was only approved for a few cars...none of them what i wanted. then i came back the next day and i was only approved for 3 cars on the whole lot. and the ones i was approved for yesterday i was no longer approved for because the book value on all the cars on the lot had gone down twice that week, both times the day before i came in. making them financially upside-down in almost every car on the lot. at least this is what i was told by salesman MIKE FROSTY. Funny thing is when i left he said its been rough and that he hasnt sold a single car for a month. but over the phone the first time i called and inquired about their "FRESH START PROGRAM" MIKE FROSTY told me he sells an unbelievable 20 cars a day! He also started out with the whole "im never gonna lie to you" bs like every dirty used car salesman does. i would never tell anyone to go here. i understand its tough to buy a car on bad credit but no one needs the run-around. I got a nice Durango with 30,000 miles from AUTOVILLE down the street.

I cannot believe that i lowered my standards so much to go to a company with the worst customer service, lying, harassing jerks. Please take my advice when customers left they would talk major mean stuff about them. No one is good enough and they still lie and beg.

Well I heard over the radio about this place.So i called and spoke to Ellie Blanco for a pre qualify.I was told to give her an hour for a response. I still haven't heard back.Thats the worst service ...lol

HORRIBLE PLACE
I bought a 1996 Ford Explorer with a supposed new transmission in it! HA what a joke its been five months the trani is out the AC seized and the overdrive sensor keeps my car in overdrive all the time. I was told when I bought it to come back the next day and they would put four matching tires on I came back and they acted like they didn't even know me. The loan company sent my payment book out late so my first months payment was late and instead of calling me they tried to repo it. I called them to find out I was missing the first month and paid it over the phone but was treated like trash. The salesman also set me up with an insurance company that was put out of business for fraud so I lost my money there too. Now it is costing me every cent to fix the stupid truck and my payment is late because I sunk all my money into this pos but no one cares. MY ADVICE GO SOMEWHERE WITH REAL SALE PEOPLE AND A GOOD REP
