I would give this place a 0 if it was offered as a rating. The person I used at exquisite taxes prepared my returns for 2 years before I was audited. The preparer completely fabricated numbers so I would get more money back. They are paid based on a percentage of the return, so the more $ I got back, the more $ she made. I had no idea she had done this, but according to the IRS, I am 100% responsible. I called the office for weeks, with no answer. I called the cell phone of the person who had prepared my returns, again no answer. They offer no help if you are audited because of their mistake/lie!! They cost me THOUSANDS!!!!
