never again
I used to live in the apartment upstairs from Eve's and decided to get a new set. Horrible experience i will never go there again! The technician there did NOT know what she was doing. My nails were not even filed straight and they were bumpy. I showed the horrible job to the manager there and she didn't seem to understand what i was saying. She tried to fix my nails herself but instead started arguing with me! Never again...a lesson learned ladies. Take advice.

Go elsewhere for a pedicure
I stopped into this spa with a friend who suggested it since it's in the neighborhood and received the worse pedicure of my life. The pedicure was so bad that I had to redo it myself. That wasn't the worst part though. I still tipped the lady 20% and she added it to my card. Even though I said a certain total amount, one of the other workers told the lady to put more on my card. I noticed the discrepancy right away and reminded her that I had told her a certain amount to put on the card. The man who had originally told her to make the total more asked me why I didn't tip her better since she had done a good job. As I told him, he can not determined the amount to put on my card (above the total for the service) and that she in fact DID NOT give me a good pedicure. She finished in half the time of my friend next to me (we started our pedicures at the same time) and she didn't even put paper or dividers in between my toes. She ran out of there shortly after, so she was obviously in a hurry, but that doesn't make up for the bad service I received. All in all, the customer service is the worst I've ever received, the technician was horrible, and the pedicure itself was the worst pedicure I'd ever received.
